I this person severed the main electrical cable in my property whilst carrying out work to remove old plaster from the wall overboard and skim Emergency work was carried out by Natiol Grid he has no covered the costly repairs I had to forcibly give one star to get this feedback accepted so it is actually a zero he did not follow health and safety standard by usin a cable and pipe locator resulting in this costly repair. I have good prices and my prime trade is plastering
I went with this person because I thought their price was really good but I got what I paid for. The plastering is all completely uneven, with gouges out of it it lots of places. Around the plug sockets was left as big holes so I had to go round and fill them all myself (about 10 sockets). The room was left in a complete state with plaster all over the floor and window. I was also told I would be sent an invoice, then on the day was asked over to pay by bank transfer before I had even seen the work.

I cannot recommend Steve and his amazing tradesman We went from being offered a ridiculously low settlement by the insurance to eventually having a completely new downstairs including new floors,electrics and kitchen Steve is also able to navigate you through the insurance process including emergency accommodation and disturbance allowance.
