Unfortunately on two occasions now Grant has agreed to attend a job and not shown up. After the first time, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. It’s a shame as he seems like a nice guy who does a good job, but if it’s reliable you’re after, I’d go elsewhere.

From quote to completion, Luke was very courteous and professional. He gave a very reasonable quote, and was able to come and do the work within a couple of days. On the day, Luke was prompt in arriving and cracked on with the work, keeping me updated throughout the day, and was clean and tidy throughout. I recently hired Viorel to replace a ceiling beam in my rental kitchen, and I was thoroughly impressed with his work and professionalism. Viorel demonstrated excellent craftsmanship when tackling what turned out to be a more complex job than initially expected. During the ceiling beam replacement, he uncovered several additional issues that needed attention. Peter installed the pipe as well as cleaned the gutter, and plugged up some gaps in the boards, waterproofed and sealed another board, and went above and beyond cleaning my conservatory gutter. This was in addition to my initial request. Will definitely call on him again in future.
