How can i know the job was going to be rubbish until it had dried. As i said i have tried jet washing the wall and it will not come off. I have spent several hrs trying to get all the footprints off the pavement and it hasn't come off. I did say i was happy with the job before it had dried then everything could be seen. Please see the pictures as i don't understand why you are saying i am lying for a refund when you can see yourself.

This may affect your initial decision on who to get quotes from. Paul Jones from [COMPANY_NAME] agreed a date and time to come and provide a quote but didnt turn up. A phone call would have been acceptable to inform me of the change of plans but this didn't happen either!
