Excellent work to a high standard. As our property is listed the build needed to blend in seamlessly which was done perfectly. Delighted with all aspects of the build including timekeeping and attention detail - such as screening off the rest of the house to prevent dust spreading, and tidying up afterwards. Great job!

Lukasz and team did a great job with our kitchen refurb project. They stripped out our old kitchen completely, re did plumbing/electricity and installed new units & tiles etc. They were polite, hardworking and easy to work with. Would recommend!

We hired Harry and his team for a full refurbishment of a dated property and couldn’t be happier. Harry managed everything, from the rip-out to electrics, kitchen, bathroom, and new central heating. Despite a tight deadline, they had it ready for decorating in just four weeks. They worked tirelessly to bring our vision to life, We’re thrilled with the results and grateful for their dedication. James Butler also trades as CGS Landscapes on RatedPeople. He carried out paving job in my driveway in September 2004. Slabs were broken six months later. James blamed the supplier/manufacturer for the broken slab and not himself for using poor quality materials. He has since reluctantly replaced more broken slabs 3 times in 5 months. James has been abusive texting to call me “stupid” for telling him I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities for the poor paving work he did. Please don’t hire him

Lee Charles recently finished my new driveway, steps and walls which included brickwork, omega blocks and sandstone tiles. Lee's work was professional and thorough throughout and he took time over even the smallest details on the project. I would not hesitate to use Lee again for work at my property and I would 100% recommend Lee to my friends and colleagues. Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

Norbert and Raymond delivered a very prompt quotation which was sufficiently detailed for me to make a decision on the work. They were keen and diligent throughout the project, working hard for a very fair price. Their attention to detail was excellent, they didn't skimp on quality and worked tirelessly for 7 continuous days to deliver as promised. I'm very pleased with the end result - a paved terraced garden engineered with drainage channels, brickwork and timbers. I can definitely recommend them for similar work.

We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.

Steve was brilliant from the very moment we met. His in depth knowledge in installing artificial grass put my mind at ease and I knew he would do the job to a high standard. As he was installing at a childrens nursery he was very flexible installing over the weekend so that it was less disruptive. I wouldn't hesitate to use Steve & Lee again and have already recommended them to other people I know.

Brad built 3 brick pillars for us among other things but he was prompt on original attendance, prompt on quote, and what a top finish.
