So pleased with the work completed by Dave and his team. We hired them to build a single storey extension and couldn’t be happier with the result. Everything went smoothly with all work completed earlier than planned. All of the building work was completed to an exceptionally high standard, all without any issue or stress. Jim and his son worked on my roof and gutters , Did a really good job they are genuine tradespeople they explained everything that needed to be done and give me a accurate quote they came to my home when they said they would and got on with the job, pleased with the workmanship, would certainly have no hesitation in using McMillans again!

Ricky and his team did a fantastic job replacing our felt flat roof with Firestone rubber. His work included installing all new trims around the edge of the roof so the house looks much smarter now. After some very heavy rain the roof is performing very well. Ricky has provided us with a 20 year guarantee which gives us superb piece of mind. Very happy to recommend Ricky and his team (his also repaired the roofs on two other properties in our family so we've seen plenty of his work!).

After completing the work I requested a receipt for the cash and was told it would be in the post and he couldn't sign one now. Still no receipt or contact after almost 4 weeks. A follow up was promised with extra things they could attach to the windows to prevent whistling and to confirm work was satisfactory, they never returned. Good start disappointing finish.

He did the job he was contracted for promptly, in one day he was able to assess the roof and find where the problem was. He came back the same afternoon to complete the job and it was completed in a couple of hours. He was very clear with the quotation and there was not surprises on the final price.

This man came to replace a gutter. He never gave me any receipt,he said he would drop it off later as he didn't have a receipt book. With first big rainfall the gutter started leaking. I contacted him twice,he said he would come to fix it,which never happened. Waste of time and money.
