I recently hired Master Builders for a project. From start to finish, the experience was positive. Michael demonstrated good knowledge and expertise, providing valuable advice and solutions throughout the project. One of the standout qualities of Michael's team was punctuality. He and his team arrived on time every day and got straight to work, which was very reassuring. The entire team worked diligently, maintaining a steady pace. O'Neill's were polite, efficient, reliable and gave us confidence in their knowledge. They did everything they said they would and more. They were very respectful of our neighbours property when needing access to the roof via the neighbours roof and kept them informed as to the work being carried out. I would have no hesitation to recommend them.

James was a friendly individual and a good communicator who responded promptly to any enquiry about the job. He kept us regularly informed of when he would be attending the property to progress the repairs. His quote was most reasonable and we were pleased with the completed works.
