After struggling to find a decent plasterer in the past when we needed to find someone to plaster the downstairs of our house we turned to Rated People. From the start communication with C M Lambourne Plastering was simple and straightforward, and their pricing was fair and competitive. They arrived on time each time and were very tidy and considerate on site. Their work was very good and we are very pleased with the outcome. We would highly recommend Chris and Mike and would not hesitate to use again.

Mr Seager and his colleagues have been marvelous to work with this past couple of weeks. The job was complicated by plumbing and electrics issues but James project managed with professionalism and a customer centric attitude that went above and beyond. The 5 or 6 colleagues who arrived upon a call from James to solve various problems that were uncovered were all exceedingly good natured, polite and very hard working, It's been such a positive experience that we have asked James to quote for an extension...

I found Matthew to be very honest and trustworthy ,he explained what needed doing without trying to fob me off with some tall stories ,he was clean and tidy at all times ,very polite ,not afraid of hard work ,in fact one very cold night he was still working in the dark to make sure everything was working ok ,I would highly recommend Matthew to anybody ,in fact I have told all my many friends about him and his clean and tidy work ,excellient work,very reliable ,very good value. Found this company through rated people when I was looking for someone to clean the moss off my roof. The service they provided was excellent, they were very polite & clearly knew what they were doing & the cost was far less than I had been quoted by others. James cut and fitted 3 shelves into a very awkward alcove. He managed to match the shelves we already had in another alcove. very pleased with work done. would recommend him and use him again

G&J Building maintenance were prompt coming around for a quote, and came prepared (based on the information I provided in the problem description) with everything necessary to do the job. Their quote for the work was well within what I had budgeted for and they carried out the job there and then. They even fixed another small problem that they spotted for no extra charge. Excellent service and quality of finish. Restored my faith in getting reliable tradesmen! Can highly recommend.

I have been very pleased with the work done by Sean. He has been very reliable, completed the installation of multiple windows all to a good standard, and was back very quickly to do the finishing touches. He was flexible and worked around my lifestyle. He delivered what he promised and was always keen to get feedback from me to check I was happy.
