Joseph arrived late, brought incorrect and insufficient materials & took 8hrs to finish 3 small jobs. When I raised concerns, he deflected blame & suggested I buy more materials or have the job incomplete. I had to call for help to intervene before he agreed to complete the work. After paying, he made inappropriate comments about how I should have negotiated with him & about 'understanding people's minds.' I wouldn’t recommend his services, I wish him the best and hope he continues to improve his skills.

Dana's cleaning failed to turn up and did not call to inform me. I called to find out why they had not arrived and was hung up on. The phone was subsequently turned off. Very disappointing.   I would not recommend Dana's cleaning.

Appalling service received from this company. It started so positively but ended badly after the cleaner not turning up 2 out of 4 weeks, no replacement being found. More fool me I fell for the sales spiel and made some money in advance 3 months later they still owe me £50. Do not use. Very bad experience.

They started off really quite good and reliable, but after a while they became far less so and often I was the one chasing them to know when they would turn up. In the past 4 weeks, I rang them at least 4-5 times trying to get them to do a final clean on my house and the owner didn't even have the decency to return my call. Even though the receptionist was assuring me she passed the details on.

Very disappointed indeed. No attention to detail. Would never use again.
