RS Property did a brilliant job on my bathroom; very professional and good communication with Roger throughout the project. I gave them a tight timeline and challenging materials and they worked well to get the job finished earlier than expected. They even took my bath and WC back to B&Q when they saw a small crack in them! Would highly recommend RS Property

We used J.A.M Home improvement for our new home redesign and renovation project. we had big plans and the building team headed by Ivan was very helpful at giving us ideas and solutions to our vision. We re-floored the entire house, installed new appliances, a new kitchen, re-painted, re-paved the driveway, re-modeled the bathrooms and re-modeled the garden. From start to finish J.A.M were professional and adaptable to our changing design ideas. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

I have never such an honest and relyable tradesman as Gerry. He is a total perfectionist and takes great pride in his work.He does not cut corners when it comes the job, but is also does not over price or add any extra costs onto the job. I have recomended Gerry to my friends, and I will definatly ask him to do other jobs for me in the future.

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

John did a fantastic job creating a pocket door and stud wall to form a new office space. He was considerate throughout, ensuring minimal disruption and keeping everything tidy. Excellent work to a high standard. As our property is listed the build needed to blend in seamlessly which was done perfectly. Delighted with all aspects of the build including timekeeping and attention detail - such as screening off the rest of the house to prevent dust spreading, and tidying up afterwards. Great job!
