Ethan was a pleasure to deal with. Arrived on time to inspect my roof and provide a quote there and then. Took time to explain what work would be required. He was able to fit me in before his holiday by kindly offering to work on a Sunday. The work was completed to a high standard and also carried out some remedial pointing that I had not yet been able to sort myself. Ethan was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Kai and colleague did a good job on a 300 year old chestnut tree which had split and lost huge branches in the hot weather. They cut it right back hopefully to generate regrowth, with some huge logs to move, they left the garden tidy. Always quick to respond to texts even during a working day.
