No one turned up. One person said he would come and see what was involved. As usual with this site, no one came. Eventually a friend came with a 3 year old. He wouldn't take any money but the 3 year old had 2 sausages and an ice lolly. .

We chose Timber Box Sash Windows to double glaze our sash windows after Andrew came out and surveyed, then followed up with a really decent quote. We got the work done in two phases and both times were really hassle free with the joiners turning up on time and getting on with the job. They were a real pleasure whilst they were here. Very polite and friendly. It’s good to have the same person that surveyed the job actually carry out the work as well, makes for a really smooth process.

Hired this tradesperson all went well for a short time - his team walked out on him and he could not get the appropriate trades to complete various stages of the build - after complaining about the constant delays he stated he would not come back and is now in breech of his contract- due to his inability to obtain the relevant tradespeople his plumbing “expertise” has now caused a leak underneath our newly fitted kitchen floor! Which we are having to pay to repair! Disgraceful!

This young man is starting out with his new business and is very ambitious to prove himself and give a good service. He and his colleague were very polite, and managed to shore up our fence to a good standard. Spencer at Pocock Developments project managed our work very well. From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly.
