Dave and the team did an excellent job extending our kitchen into an open plan kitchen/diner. They worked quickly and efficiently, and the work is to a very high standard. Trusted Dave and team to make the right decisions for the job and would happily work with them again. Would recommend.

I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. I will be definitely be using their services again! Brilliant job, thank you.

I had an internal walk knocked through. Chris and the guys organised everything to perfection, were punctual, tried to make as little mess as possible, and kept me updated throughout. Gordon and his apprentice Jeremy did a wonderful job in our garden. It was a small yorkstone crazy paving job. It looks very tidy and well-balanced, we are very please with it. The quote Gordon gave us was very competitive, and he was very timely and professional.

Thank you Matt for converting our garage space into new office space. The job was challenging and Matt has kept us updated all of the way and dealt with any problem big or small. The whole process has been smooth from start to finish and we feel that the end results speaks for itself...superb! Matt turned up on time every day and put long hours in and stayed very late some nights, all in the name of getting our job finished on time. We will not hesitate to use Matt in the future.
