First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. Jason was able to do the work within the required timescale and he kept me informed of what needed doing, with 'before' and 'after' photos. These were needed for warranty purposes. His quote was competitive. Some parts of the work required clever solutions to resolve, also saving time but not quality. I am very pleased with the outcome.
