Fantastic service from Cristian - was quick to respond to the initial request, I sent him some photos and he quoted straight away, and then was here 3 days from making the request. Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. If you want someone to do a great job, will leave the place spotless and DON'T want a dodgey roofer then he's your man.

EXCELLENT JOB. WAS NOT DETERRED BY THE BAD WEATHER. CLEANED UP EACH DAY WAS PROMPT AND RELIABLE. WOULD RECOMMEND VERY HIGHLY. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A TRUSTWORTHY PERSON GIVE THIS MAN A RING. Excellent in every respect. Good technical knowledge, good diagnosis, good practice etc. Punctual, contactable, kept me informed about possible times, weather etc. Good range of skills. Only thing I'm not sure about is the trading name but it was appropriate in some respects - good diagnostic skills.

David and his father went over and above the remit of the job, which was painting the exterior of my home, by doing numerous repairs which became apparent as they were working. This included repairing guttering, fascias, replacing a down-pipe and repairing the awning over my front door. All the painting work was done extremely professionally and looks fantastic. I am delighted with the finished result, and they were competitively priced.

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

We had our flat roof replaced with Firestone rubber. A very professional and thorough job was carried out. The price quoted was also far less than other quotes received. I would recommend this company.
