George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The bottom line is it was a waste of both your time and mine if you were not interested, I think that the eventual profit would have more than covered lead costs, if not then you are doing something very wrong, I deal with CPC (Cost Per Click) every day every business I know allows a fund for this, out of every 10 clicks (that cost them) only one may bear fruit, I think you need to re-think strategies, I have increased value rating because at the end of the day your initial quote came in at a good price.

Spoke with the cust and when the job was done he was pleased and they noticed issues a day or so after. Could not get in touch with Emanuel so he could come back and rectify the issues but could not get through message stated phone not in use. i tried and left a vm then had to send an email. Emanuel did call the cust and went out , the cust is pleased with his job that was done last night but is still upset about what it's took to get the fitter back 3 star rating

Nice guy but let me down terribly. I needed 3 rooms to have new ceilings. A messy job and taking the old ones down was fine, but they ran out of time, failed to complete the job leaving gaps in the plaster on the walls and failed to skim the plaster board on the ceilings. Shocking result- they were too concerned about the large job they had and left my rooms in a shocking state.

The standard of workmanship was excellent, everyone who has seen the brickwork has commented how good it is, very informative and helpful. We had some extra costs where we had some unforeseen groundwork problems that weren't picked up on In the planning stage not the builders fault, costs were as predicted and very reasonable, our build of a Dutch barn style roof was a design build they had not encountered before and the result was brilliant. Weather was pants and would highly recommend John and his crew.
