Joe and his team did an excellent job from start to finish on my garage conversion. He is flexible in his approach to work and always willing to keep his customers happy by doing extras where needed. When I found out that I had rotten joists, I was worried that the floor might collapse catastrophically. I urgently looked for a good builder. Some workmen's point views were disappointing and did not make sense. Ben was very knowledgeable and very experienced with building structures. He and his team were very thorough, conscientious. They completely work to a high standard. His price was very competitive. I am very pleased and reassured. Thank you

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

We required erecting a partition wall to create a walk-in wardrobe, closing an existing door opening, creating 2 new doors on existing walls, installing a new door and relocating small electrial items. Russ provided us with a competitive offer but from the moment he walk through our door to measure the job, we knew we wanted him. He is very professional and well-mannered, and his workmanship and that of his subcontractors was impecable. We are approaching Russ to carry out further work at our home.

I was dubious about using a online company, But these guys turned up and told me exactly the same as my surveyor. They didnt add any extra jobs on and the price was below what my surveyor suggested what it may cost. They arrived ontime and didnt stop untill finished they left no mess. And my surveyor checked their work and was astounded at the quality and price. I will be using the services of this company for any future works.
