Despite repeated attempts to contact Gerry by phone and email to see when he was coming back to complete the job (he had to order a part) and he had been paid at this point he has never got back to us nor have we received the promised guarantee Very poor service, use this business at your own risk

David was a friendly, hard working, reliable and trustworthy tradesman who went the extra mile. He laid laminate flooring in my kitchen & hall, did ceiling cladding and painted my doors and kitchen walls. I am delighted with the finished job. Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.

John came out, gave me a quote and came out the following week. He took before and after pictures, which he showed me. I paid in cash with 6 that a receipt would be emailed to me that did not happen. 2. Weeks later, I rained, and I still had water coming in at the same place. Called him, and he said he would come out. After numerous calls and texts, I am still waiting. Not good customer service
