I'm afraid i had to change my rating because we came across an issue with a part of bath fitted in our bathroom after the job was done. We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.

I could not recommend this tradesman more highly. He did excellent, careful work, as well as always being considerate and keeping disruption to a minimum. The tradesman completed a large amount of work, including locating difficult to find materials and sourcing a specialist subcontractor, within one week. His rates were very fair and I am hoping to hire him to do further work here.

Aaron and the team of 2 did a great job of pruning our cherry tree and it now has a nice shape. They also removed a fir tree at the same time, including root which we were also delighted with. Very efficient, just got on with it, no faffing about and very tidy. I did 4 stars rather than 5 for reliability because they didn't come in the end on the day we arranged and only let me know about 1hr before. Every company can have an off day so we rearranged and they then came as agreed. Very happy with result.

When embarking on a large project (in this case a substantial house extension) you want to be reassured that as well as good communication throughout the job, the quality of work will be of the highest and that best efforts are made to bring the job in on time and as near as possible on budget. My wife and I were very impressed on all these fronts and would heartily recommend the AJR team. They turned up everyday for the 3 months the job took, were polite and resolved unforeseen problems creatively.

Enis Evlat is enthusiastic, personable, reliable and unpushy - unlike many of the other companies I asked to quote for my windows. Enis visited promptly in order to measure up and quote. He was thorough in his explanation and demonstration of the products and provided a competitive price and quick fitting timescale. The windows have now been succesfully fitted by his team. Dean, of Greengrass Landscapes Oxford, recently cut back my extremely overgrown back garden and completed the work rapidly and very efficiently. I subsequently contracted Dean to lay high-quality artificial turf over the same garden and I am delighted with the completed work. Came promptly and was quick to provide a competitive quote. Arrived and spent time making sure everything was covered and did an amazing job. The replacement and repair was done to a much higher standard than expected and I would not hesitate in recommending and using Bartek again.
