Poor quality work, had to get it re-done. Did not remove bamboo root as asked, hid it inside a raised bed along with lots of rubbish. Poor brickwork on raised bed - didn't even notice had changed from stretcher bond until I pointed out the mess. Patio & path had wobbly slabs (turns out they had laid it without a sub base) & when I asked them to re-do they didn't turn up to finish the job. Hassled for money as they went along, unfortunately I paid most of it. Had to use the remainder to get it done right.

Guy rang up and arranged a time and date to survey and quote. Waited for over an hour. Rang him twice then gave up, so rang him a third time and told him not to bother. Wasted my time which I took off of work.

Can not give a rating at this point , I am still awaiting his full quotation, he did say he was a little busy for a few weeks or on the other hand he does not want the job I submitted. Maybe I can leave substantial feedback if he is selected to do the job and upon satisfaction etc , so the rating is low at this point

Came to quote. Agreed to take on the job. Contacted me that morning to cancel as he "had to sort out a problem with existing job". After a few weeks I called to arrange a new date at 5pm and he agreed to come the following morning. Texted my address again as requested (admittedly on the morning he was due but before he had arranged to turn up. Received text telling me he thought I had changed my mind and was doing another job. This is less than 12 hours after we agreed. Getting someone else.
