Alex is polite & honest & we felt we could trust him in our home.He listened to all the requirements & never tried to make us change our mind about what we wanted (a first!).We knew what we wanted done & Alex made every effort that these requirements were met at a high standard despite tricky tiling. difficulties etc.Alex carefully prepared & carried out all the work.It was always tidy.Totally professional, highly skilled, clever craftsman & we LOVE our new bathroom. The job was good, he did extra work for us, but what let it down was that he didn't register the work with the Building Regulations and the Council. And had to ask and chase up so many times for the Part P Certificate and I still didn't receive it from him. He is very good for doing electrical jobs , but don't expect him to register it with council.

William kept his word and arrived at my address as agreed. despite me not being at home he assessed the damage, called me and we agreed for the job to be carried out. He did not only put back in place the missing tile, but also repaired the roof edges where the cements were missing.

On on build are a general building company based in the Nottingham and surrounding areas. We provide various services including underfloor heating and floor sreeeding, bricklaying, driveways, turfing,fencing, patios, roofing and driveway cleaning and resealing. PL insured and cscs cpcs certified. Over the last 3 years i have been working on train sidings refurbishment in manchester and new build house and been on checkatrade, but back on rated people again now.
