Owen did an amazing job ripping out and old kitchen and flooring and disposing of all appliances flooring etc. and subsequently fitting a new kitchen and flooring. We found him reasonably priced and we paid what was quoted , professional and prompt . He was always on hand to ask and reply to any queries. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him we will certainly be using him again in the near future. We had never used him before finding him on this site and are over the moon with his workmaship .. chris

Very fast response to my job posting and available to view the floor for a quote within 2 days. Job was carried out within one week to a great standard - very fast fitting (within 4 hours) and good finish to sealing and replacement of all bathroom furniture. All rubbish was taken away for me as well. Price was very reasonable - much cheaper than the other quote I received and they were very willing to come back to carry out other jobs as required.

The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

I highly recommend Thomas and his team for their excellent workmanship. They were punctual, polite, and trustworthy, completing the job — detailed pointing, brickwork replacement, installing a new gutter and downpipe, repairing a wooden patio door, and tiling. All work done to a high standard with quality materials. He provided valuable advice, and the site was left clean. Working with him for the first time, I appreciated the professionalism and good rapport established. A great experience overall!

5 star service from Harvinder and his colleague. Visited personally to check and quoted a fair price to remove the tiles and fix the issue with the boards in the back. Done the work to a high standard and left the place clean. Very courteous and nice! Highly recommended

This company was hired by me about year and a half a go to install laminate flooring in two bedrooms and landing area. Prior to that I have used exactly same flooring but different installers for another bedroom with no issues. The flooring boards now became disjoint in many places which may be due to there being too large gaps left beneath the beading. They are refusing to fix and blame poor laminate quality!

Absolutely thrilled with our new shower! Amir was fantastic—professional, friendly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We had a radiator changed, another one removed, a boil tap installed, and our bath taken out and replaced with a sleek new shower. The team at Tolworth Rise were a pleasure to work with. The standard and finish of our house, the constant communication and eagerness to please was a great peace of mind. Perfect - is all I can say. Gave me a quote as part of an insurance claim. They are really diligent; hard working and actually did more than I expected them to do. They quoted 5 to 7 days to do the work but it suited us all for them to spend a couple of hours longer than normal to get the work done in 5 days rather than come back after the weekend. I'm thrilled. I'm hoping they'll come back again if/when I have more work for them. They'd be most welcome and I'd be assured of a great job.
