Durrant did an excellent job in removing wall panels, toilet and radiator in our toilet under the stair in order for damp problems to be fixed. He then reinstalled the toilet and radiator. He also fixed the skirting board in the hallway. All jobs done to high standard and cleaned up after was thorough.. Price was competitive. we would use his service again and recommend him to friends and family.

I had really good experiennce with Shak and very helpful advices. He visited our home as soon I advertised, gave us suggestions, provided options and quotes. We were interested in high end doors then Shak suggested a near by doors company. Sadly when visited the company and found that high end doors cost way above our planned budget we decided to pause the work for this year. When we informed our decission to Shak, he took it positively. Shak is very professional, happy to recommend and call him in future.

I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Mian complaint is not the mistake but being ignored for months after. We quickly discovered cracks in the walls and ceilings which he did not come back and rectify. He also failed to notice some rising damp which he simply painted over . This damp then became visible and discoloured the wall. This meant that we had to pay for damp proofers to come and take the plaster off the wall Shahid painted and we are waiting for a different painter and decorator to come and re-do the job we paid Shahid to do.
