Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. Sadly I am having to revise my previous opinion of flat roof work by RT Bane. Within a few weeks, as soon as weather warmed, the EDPM peeled away at the join with the neighbours roof. RT Bane returned on a day I explicitly said I was not available and masticed a portion of the join. They admitted it looked poor and, despite repeated text and calls, have not returned, as promised. I am now worried its a poor job per se and I could have water seepage as they clearly have zero customer concern once job done.
