They fitted a new shower unit, toilet,vanity unit and radiator plus re-tiled the walls and floor in my bathroom , they gave advice and direction with every step, all the old appliances were removed and disposed of. If I could add 10 stars, I would. Martyn,Russ and their team have done a First class job on my kitchen, at a reasonable all in price. All completed in about 10 working days. Martyn came and prices my job and I thought I had a good idea as to design, however his experience guided me to amendment that would enhance and improve the layout. A start date was agreed and right from the start everyone arrives on time and completed a FULL days work and no one left BEFORE the site was clean and swept. THANK YOU.

Excellent work on cleaning 2/3 of my roof in 2022. However, he was unable to clean the last 1/3 because of the importance of another job - and my job had taken longer than estimated. We agreed that he would complete the last 1/3 no later than May 31st 2023. In spite of at least 4 attempts to communicate with him (emails and an internal Rated People message) prior to the end of May, I have had no response from him. Hence the rating.

Phil was great with the job we wanted done in our utility room. It was delayed slightly due to late delivery of some of the supplies, but Phil stayed on top of that and kept me informed with updates whenever he got them. On the day he was punctual, friendly and tidy, and did the work to a high standard.

Leon and Ashley did a very good job on my floors. I was unable to move my lounge furniture as for being too heavy. They did it with great care and arranging my room for me once the job was finished. A couple friends visited on Sunday and were amazed with the results Even Bow ( my German Shepherd) noticed the change and kept looking and sniffing at the floor. No reservations in recommending William Winter. He and his two lads attended promptly and worked diligently to repair the chimney and roofing to a high standard. The boys were polite and appreciative of cold drinks offered. William took photos of the damage and his quote was more than reasonable. Helpfully, he pointed out areas that could prove troublesome which were dealt with promptly.
