After a very log and unnecessarily complicated and long process to get any accurate information from, and when an appointment was finally scheduled - no one showed up, no one replied to messages and calls. James did a good day's work. He was joined by work mate Craig. They erected a pagoda. James started to sand my path and patios. He said he would come back on Monday to finish. He didn't. I called him again and on four different occasions he volunteered a day to come but didn't. I foolishly paid James in full. They left garden debris which took us several hours to clear up. I called James to politely say we would finish the sanding ourselves if we knew where he was up to. He has severed all contact.

George recently carried out some work at my property, including removing two stud walls, taking out an old toilet, and fitting a new sink. He quoted a very fair price, stuck to the agreed timescale, and completed everything to a high standard. He was punctual, professional, and cleaned up at the end of each day. The quality of his work was excellent, and the space looks much better now. I’d happily recommend George and will use him again in the future.
