Very friendly and amenable. Brad gave a fair price for some additional work while he was here and we were very happy with the work. He communicated with us through the whole job to make sure we were happy with what was being done. Will hire again.

Ben gave an honest report about the job and the complications there were, then project managed the process. The job was completed on the day promised despite being let down by other contractors who arrived late. Extremely pleased with the whole process and I was kept informed of what was going on throughout the whole time. I would highly recommend Ben.

Ian was an absolue life saver. He was very quick to respond to our request, gave alternative solutions and then a price within budget. He carried out the work very quickly as required and completed it to a very high standard. He is an excellent tradesman and very knowledgeable with respect to his particular specialism. We would not hesitate to recommend Ian to anybody.

The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.

The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

Apex plastered over two ceilings and multiple sites which had previously had spotlights inserted. They have done an excellent job and cleaned up satisfactorily. Communication has been excellent.

Pete is an outstanding professional. Our job started much later than planned with many delays, Pete was patient and courteous throughout. The supplied product is phenomenal and has really finished our project off. Pete turned up on time despite a very long drive and worked very hard to get the floor down ahead of schedule. Completed external wall insulation. Did a good job. Had extra works done. There work is very good but 4 stars due to resource issues trying to complete the jobs. Would use them again.

Henry has done an excellent job in re-rendering my property and associated tasks. He showed expertise when advising me on the work to be under taken.
