Excellent service, came out very quick to quote for some ridge pointing, removing an old flue pipe, and replacing dodgy gasket on soil vent, also noted some extra cracked tiles and replaced at a fairly reasonable price, came back a couple of times to finish the job after ordering the right tiles, good professional service.

Came with short notice, took care with the work, uncovered other significant problems organised a bricklayer to correct issues before completing the work rather than rushing through the job, and having further problems arise in future years. I would recommend this company.

I found them to be very hard working. Very pleasant. Offered good advice. Sought and acted on any feedback I gave. I am pleased with the monoblock extension to my driveway. What stood out for me was how important customer service was to them, they showed a positive attitude and had genuine dedication to the job. Would recommend and would use DRM Enterprise again in the future.

It's great being able to comment on a service you receive from someone particularly when it has been excellent. After spending weeks trying to find a Carpet Fitter in the Whitley Bay area, and being let down several times, Black Sheep Flooring could not have been more helpful. Martyn's reply was prompt, he was able to service the gas fire at a time convenient to us and he was very knowledgeable. Not only that but he was courteous, friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and certainly will not be calling anyone else for my plumbing needs in the future.

Job done speedily and the men were polite. Very satisfied with end result but reason it's not five star is the fact they requested to put the date arranged back by three days with very little notice. The original date was kept but the time altered.

Marc replaced my rotting decking with a paved patio. He was very hardworking and very well organised. Delivery of a mini digger, delivery of materials, and removal.if the old decking all happened in a well coordinated manner. I am delighted with the end result.
