!! Highly recommended !! 5 star rating given for an excellent transformation of my hallway, stairs and landing, which required all walls to be skimmed and sanded prior to paintwork due to the poor condition of the walls when paper was removed. Spyros always arrived before start time, would stay longer when necessary if in the middle of a specific part of the job, cleared away all debris each day, vacuumed thoroughly and kept me fully informed of the additional costs incurred (skim/sand). My career in roofing began in 1978, predominately on new build developments. In 1987, although continuing with the new builds, I began to branch out into domestic roofing. This included re-roofs, extensions, repairs and leak investigation. Alongside this, in 2010 I took a Contracts Manager position with a national roofing company, In this role I am responsible for the labour and materials required for various developments in the South East. It is also part of my role to oversee the customer service team. My contacts within the industry enable me to obtain very competitive prices on materials.
