David sent me details of previous work he had done by email. I was very impressed with his previous experience and professionalism. He turned up promptly and was assisted by a colleague as I had a number of paintings that needed hanging and some were quite heavy. He was very friendly and came up with lots of ideas and solutions that I would not have thought of myself. David did a wonderful job that I was very happy with. Very highly recommended.

Peter contacted me very quickly after I'd posted the job. He was very good, liaising with my tenants to get access and rang promptly to report back on what the issue was. Very prompt dealing with it, reasonable cost and really friendly guy. Would certainly use him again for any future issues.

Unfortunately on two occasions now Grant has agreed to attend a job and not shown up. After the first time, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. It’s a shame as he seems like a nice guy who does a good job, but if it’s reliable you’re after, I’d go elsewhere.

Charlie got the boiler working very quickly, but spent quite a bit of time servicing, as it seems the boiler hadn't been serviced for a long time. He even contacted the boiler manufacturer for advice on a couple of points. Superb service, very well impressed. Thanks Charlie

Sam fitted a laminate floor in my kitchen and did a super job. Sam turned up early and worked hard all day until 6pm. He did a really fantastic job and cleared up too!! Very very pleasant and professional young man. Would absolutely recommend Sam.

James Archer responded to my advert for fitting in a wardrobe, he came over and took measurements. He is very professional gave some options in terms of design and finish. Great to deal with, works to find solutions and provides regular updates on progress. Although we encountered unforeseen circumstances during our refurbishment work TF managed the situation well and helped us to get to the right solution whilst keeping costs under control. The personalised service provided by TF (Build block) makes all the difference. Honestly felt as though our interests were always a priority, and TF was working / managing the work to ensure we got what we wanted. Absolutely recommended !

Paul replaced the windows and a door in my 2 story garage. He turned up when he said he would , did the work professionally and left the area clean and tidy. When I asked for a bit of extra work (repainting the fascia board) he called round to check the site, and arranged for a colleague to do this. Price very competitive compared to the big companies.
