Terry was really fantastic. A positive experience from first contact through to completion of works. Terry re rendered and render patch repairs to my courtyard wall in central Cheltenham over a two day period. First class job. Keiran and his gang at Smith & Sons are a total disgrace. He demanded full payment upfront (which clearly funded his honeymoon), did the bare minimum, then vanished. No return, no refund, no shame. They’ve taken our money and run – pure theft, in my view. They hide behind multiple business names, which reeks of dishonesty and likely tax dodging. Untrustworthy. Unreliable. Unprofessional. Avoid them like the plague. I wouldn’t let them near a garden with a bargepole.

After 2 years the porch is sinking due to insufficient foundations. Builder Steve now refuses to contact me as he has moved to Spain. Unlikely. Buyers beware Steve will give you a good price but I would not use him again for any work requiring more than cosmetic.
