Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

Fraser and his team recently did some work on our roof. The workers were polite, helpful and did a good job, including the clean-up afterwards. Colin of CB Roofing carried out a really excellent repair on my roof as water was coming through the bedroom ceiling. He took before and after photographs so that I could see the extent of the damp patch under the felt before the repair. He is very hard working and knowledgeable and he turned up on time and quoted me a very competitive price for the repair.
