Well what a service ! I posted the job and within an hour Gerwyn text me to offer his services. I confirmed what I needed doing, he quoted me a price and promised he's arrive the following day. He didn't let me down, he arrived on time, well slightly early but that was great, was polite, friendly and very professional. Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues.
