I at first thought they'd done a REASONABL job but the finish was not brilliant. As my husband is disabled everything had to be safe and secure. One of the things I stressed was the toilet seat. On first use the seat fell off so I contacted AJR to get a better seat. Tony rang with a price at approx £50 + and I agreed. Since then I've not heard from him. Despite calls to also say my husband is struggling to flush the toilet. HE KNOWS MY SITUATION YET HAS CHOSEN TO IGNORE. I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY. DO NOT TRUST

4 months?Done the job feb, rang you march, you gave advice and we put 2 fans on the wall for a month and rang you back to say wall didn’t dry. I’ll post all the photos up of the job including the rusted beads and beads put over the top by your lazy plasterer and let’s remember I said cancel your plasterer when you didn’t do the job I thought you were doing and pay you just for what you done. Honestly hard to believe how easy this was and how good Mamad and his team were. Posted job Sat, he came to quote Sun. Said he'd start on Weds at 9am. Started Weds at 9am. Said it would take 3 days - it took exactly 3 days. And gosh, do they work hard on those days - my neighbours even commented. Everything left neat/tidy at the end of each day. I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems
