When a homeowner works with my team, the process will look like this: - I offer a free visit to meet the client and discuss the job further, - Then I sent a quote and clearly explain what should be agreed before the job begins. I am always open to discuss end explain my quotes, - As soon as the job is confirmed, the client and my team agree on the start date, - We make sure the surroundings are protected before the job starts - We order the materials - We complete the job - When the job is finished, I always leave the floor protection for one day to make sure the client's expectations are met (or exceeded!) and once my client is happy I remove the floor protection and clean around. We are creative, we care and we exceed our clients' expectations. The protection of the surroundings is included within the initial quote, our highly skilled team of trade specialists focuses on high quality results and the materials supply and advising happen at no extra fee. If I could give more stars I would.Viktor came out to look at job and from just meeting him I knew we would have him to do our work.He is polite and friendly.Not the cheapest but also not the most expensive either.They tiled my hall and kitchen walls.The work him and his team did was amazing.They work very hard and get it done quickly.We are so pleased with his work we are getting him back to do our shower room.I would recommend V t Builders to anyone.Thank you again Viktor.

I call Phill and sons 3 days ago to fix a leak on my roof. I did have the valley fix by an other roofer but they did not do anything just to take my money. I was a bit suspicious but I was happily surprise when I call Phill who repond to my call very quicly. He is very friendly and most of all very professional. Endrit and his team were wonderful to work with - friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble for them, despite me changing aspects of the kitchen renovation and install during the process.
