We are a family run plumbing business that covers all aspects of plumbing, heating and bathroom installations in the London, Essex and Kent areas. We are gas safe qualified for boiler installations, Gas fires, hobs, cookers and most things gas. We are also G3 qualified for unvented cylinder installations. We have been trading for over 10 years and have gained a very good reputation in that time for reliability, good value for money and excellent customer service. I'm afraid that Alex DECORs had to return to site as he had over-drilled into the brickwork and the metal gate hinges started to fail after 2 weeks! . I even had to spend another £16 on strong adhesive to complete the repair. Incompetent. And he refused to issue me with an invoice. Please avoid.

I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. He finished the job with high quality and with just a small delay despite of a good amount of obstacles (we did painting in parallel). Would definitely recommend Chris's services!
