STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs. From the begening we found Harry and his Team to be very professional but also had have a very friendly approach. They listerned to our concearns during the process of the instillation and also gave us some good advice and ideas. We found them to be very tidy with their work and respected our property. They were tremendously enthusiastic. They turned up every day, even though it was below freezing in November 2023! Mistakes were made. Primarily setting out the project. The job was to repair a small Victorian external pathway. Adequate spare tiles were supplied. The whole path was dug up and a new concrete base installed then they started from the two sides and worked their way down to the bottom. This meant the pattern didn't fit. They now understand where they went wrong so the next job should be better.
