Had issues with Kris from the beginning. Agreed a quote of £600 for 30 squares. First day came down spent 3 hours and all that was lad was 6squares of underlay . Equipment didn’t work. second day did around 8 squares of laminate flooring was always out at the car. Third day he’d started at 8:30 but at around 10 he started talking about additional costs which he did not raise in the beginning. So I asked him to leave and paid him for work completed. Work ok but slow but would not trust as could cost you.

These guys were here to re-do my flat roof after a previous bodged job. The quality of the work was excellent and the guys working for this company are second to none. Any issues or changes required were dealt with professionally and quickly. They also built me a bespoke mancave which is absolutely fantastic and done to a high standard. Again, all trades on site were very professional, knowledgeable and worked clean. Highly recommend this company!

We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. When evaluating the builders it was important to us that we found somebody who was professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. Simply great, came round took notes, went through all we wanted, gave quote including materials, required 50% up front rest on completion, turn up as agreed, said it would take a week but done in 4 days! We added a few minor things as we remembered them but no hassle, added them in. Very happy with results.
