I recently hired Paul to repair the rotten and broken doors on my shed, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The doors were in rough shape—warped, deteriorating, and barely functional—but he handled the job with real skill and attention to detail. James did a good day's work. He was joined by work mate Craig. They erected a pagoda. James started to sand my path and patios. He said he would come back on Monday to finish. He didn't. I called him again and on four different occasions he volunteered a day to come but didn't. I foolishly paid James in full. They left garden debris which took us several hours to clear up. I called James to politely say we would finish the sanding ourselves if we knew where he was up to. He has severed all contact.
