Keiran and his gang at Smith & Sons are a total disgrace. He demanded full payment upfront (which clearly funded his honeymoon), did the bare minimum, then vanished. No return, no refund, no shame. They’ve taken our money and run – pure theft, in my view. They hide behind multiple business names, which reeks of dishonesty and likely tax dodging. Untrustworthy. Unreliable. Unprofessional. Avoid them like the plague. I wouldn’t let them near a garden with a bargepole.

Paul has been absolutely brilliant! He has transformed our garage to a lovely bedroom and created a new shower room between the house and garage for my mother in law - 5 weeks and just a bit of touching up to complete the work. Will not be using again. Very disappointed with results. Initially, it looked a lot tidier than it had been but, after returning from Hospital and seeing the reality of what had been done, I was very disappointed. My Strawberry Plants had disappeared, my Pear Tree Blossom had disappeared, my Aquilegia had been replanted and was now dead, my Lawn Rake had been broken it two and hidden. The £280 I spent was a waste as it should have been for what I can only describe as the destruction of my Garden

Can not rate Steve highly enough, The standard or work was superb, his approach to the project was professional and very organised. The project it self was a complete renovation consisting of creating a large open plan kitchen / diner and family space. this involved a complete relocation of kitchen which not only came in on time but also in budget. The Family is thrilled with the finish and enjoy living in the space. Brilliant.
