Peter and his crew arrived in good time, started work promptly (overboarding and plastering a slightly cracked ceiling), did a good job and finished earlier than I expected them too. One spontaneously offered help when my partner was moving some item. I selected them partly on the basis that Peter could come and see the job and meet me (rather than just sending someone unseen to to do the job on Friday). They were a cheerful and friendly bunch, and I'm happy to give them 5 stars.

Avoid Wayne from Blackwell Roofing. He quoted £380 based on photos, then came to view the job from the ground—no proper inspection. He later climbed a ladder with no safety gear, started tearing down fascia, then suddenly claimed the job was £1,600. When I asked him to stop, he became aggressive, shouting and throwing tools and wood down dangerously. I felt threatened and unsafe in my own home. Totally unprofessional, dishonest, and intimidating. Do not hire him.

Mar came to my home and was extremely polite and professional and was very willing to do any garden work I asked him to do. He removed all the turf from my front garden and replaced it with a weed membrane and stone chippings and now it looks amazing. It was all done very quickly. I would recommend Mark for any garden work. I was kept aware of how much everything costs and I paid via bank transfer which was very secure. Excellent Job Mark, Thank you. Simon did my dormer repair for a good price, when he said he would do it, which was within the week, and left the site clean and tidy. He also took photos so I could see the work. The work was carried out in an awkward/difficult area hard to access to a high standard. Simon was responsive when contacted and easy to communicate with. They kept to the timing and days working to the dot. Before they left they cleaned up using my hose for the stray bits of cement. Would recommend them for all outside building work.
