They were friendly, polite, went above & beyond fixing problems we didn't know we had until unearthed during their work. Initial service was great. But grass that was laid hasn’t last a year with a lot of patches and bits that have died. I watered and cut the grass regularly as I trusted but the grass just hasn’t lasted. Unfortunately I’m dissatisfied with the job S&D has done for 3 reasons: * they smeared with the cement mix all the brickwork they touched as well as the adjacent wall and the electric car charger * they left the rubble behind * they were going to leave the roof not weather sealed until I spotted and and fought for it to be mended

The finished walls were to a high standard when compared to other nearby residential properties that have been recently pointed.
