Happy with job overall, skilled caftmanship. After job issue: Glue has leaked onto door from frame and hardened until seen on day of instalation. Was advised it can be fixed and will attend to it when passing by. The rating will be changed once this is fixed or new door installed as I paid for new door. It is not my doing thaglue leaked.

Poor workmanship from start to finish! Demands payment before the work has been completed an acceptable manner. After complaining about the work, I was called a Black African C**t. Threats against my life have been made by this individual. He has no clue what his doing and subcontracts the work to bad contractors.

He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. He definitely knew his stuff, and nothing was too much trouble. James also explained about having a rubber roof if I wanted, which at the time never entered my mined.
