We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. When evaluating the builders it was important to us that we found somebody who was professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. So Disappointing, these guys are not gardeners , Their knowledge of basic plants poor.. They arrived wearing sliders and trainers to work. but didn’t complete the work to a satisfactory standard . I asked for weeding but got a half hearted attempt. Event though I sent video and still images prior to them attending However they were polite and respectful, but left their costa coffee rubbish in my garden

They called me to book in a job and moved the job time twice in the same day and felt it was appropriate to come out at 8pm at night. I'd wasted my whole Saturday waiting in for a quote. Ironic considering the name of their company.

From his initial attendance to quote and then throughout the pre-works period, the standard of communication and planning were top notch. Placed advert Thursday. Contacted same day by Mike with a view to coming out and quoting next day. Came on time priced the job on Friday and arranged to start work on the Tuesday. Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. Both very old school and worked at their own pace - happy with work carried out and will use them again. Reasonable price too.

Rubbish job. The preparation was not good. They were painting a white paint over a brown stain. So the prep needed to be good. Did a very small amount of filling. The minimum they could get away with . The quality of the job was poor. The white paint running into the black. This should have taken about 3 days to do the job properly, not 1 day. Quoted £950. Next person quoted £550 so was expecting a better job. I was wrong. I don’t normally write negative reviews about this job was so bad.
