Welcome to McCartney building I am a multi skilled trades man that has been running for around 6 years. This is the first time I have used a site like this and only just signed up and have no ratings, so please don’t be worried about that. Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Poor work. Chemfix wasn't mixed properly for gallows brackets and didn't set for over a week. The joiner didn't even know which joists required additional strength and I had to tell him what to do. Would not recommend.
