Andrew is a nice guy and does quality work, but for kitchen tiling I am afraid to say is very slow; approx 4 tiles per hour (100x200mm) or 0.8 sq m a day (10 hours). I personally (a diy'er) can do 15 tiles an hour - i.e. 4 times faster. £250 at day is expensive. (My electrician is £175 a day) I ended up capping the job at £600 and decided to complete tiling and grouting myself after 3 days. I would not have hired Andrew if I knew he was this slow and as a result expensive.

I was over whelmed by the very early start which in this weather I can understand but how quickly this size of tree was removed worked non stop respected my neighbours property and cleared and removed all materials and logs no damage considering the size of tree.. Peter Hall of Phoenix Landscapes turned up with heavy duty equipment and gave us a good high level plan and estimate of the work to refurbish and extend our drive - approx 70 sqm. Whilst his quote was a little higher than we expected it was in line with the other quality quotes we received and he seemed knowledgeable and pleasant.
