Michael did a first class job. Talked through options explaining reasoning behind the choices. He showed me and checked that i was happy through all the stages. He was friendly and courteous and kept disruption to a minimum. I would definitely recommend him and use him again if the need arises. Thank you Michael.

Really good at keeping us informed if anything changed or delays occurred so that we could reorganise in plenty of time. Made such a difference. And we are delighted with his work, his pleasant attitude and good humour. We will be using his services again and again.

John and Dane were fantastic - highly recommend Chaucer Paving! Excellent standard of work, turned up early every day and got the job done in very difficult circumstances (covid pandemic) right up to / immediately after the UK lock down, and observed social distancing respectfully at all times. Helpful, polite, hard-working, reasonably priced and did a great job. I look forward to calling John again when we need a new fence out the front. Thanks guys! (job was laying new patio/fencing/gate/shed base)

I cannot speak highly enough of Quintt of PC & P. Turned up to quote exactly on time, fully explained the work that he would carry out and gave a very competitive quote. Moved other work around as ours was a bit of a rush job. Turned up on time to start work, sheeted up the conservatory floor (important for 'er indoors") and proceeded to complete a brilliant plastering job. Probably the best tradesman we have ever used. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Jim was friendly, reliable, and great value for money. The work took a couple of days longer than expected due to the density of the mortar in our brickwork but this didn't affect the original quote and it was great to have a tradesman who got on with his work but also happy to chat and explain the whole process.

I used Oli to clear part of the garden in our new house, he was diligent and reliable, turned up on time and did exactly what I needed him to do with and he just got on with it. I will certainly consider using him again on the larger landscaping work we intend and I am happy to recommend him.

Thanks to Michael and the team for a great job rendering the chimney breast in the attic. Quoted and works completed in less than 48hrs. Not the cheapest of the quotes I received, but went with the positive reviews and wasn't disappointed.

AJ did a great job repairing our shed roof - initially he quoted for replacing the felt but when he inspected he said it could be repaired saving us money. He kept us well informed about the job - we would recommend his company.
