other end, this is to be removed and straightened up. Bricks above the new external lintel appear to have become loose and stuck back in with expanding foam. Workmanship regarding the window and lintel installation on site is extremely poor. Please book another inspection once the issues above have been resolved.

We asked Chris to renovate our terraced house in Tenby. We live in Cardiff and discussed with him our requirements and throughout the whole renovation he carried out the work superbly and we were always surprised by the standard of excellent work that he did in the property. All of our friends and family and those that rent the house now are so impressed (as we are) with the standard of work which he undertook that they ask if he does work in Cardiff also! The work was very poorly done with missed parts and unnecessary paint splashes and smearing. Attention to detail was very poor. Rain after painters left caused paint to run over adjacent colouring. Painter promised to return but has failed to do so. This is one to seriously avoid.
