BE WARNED!! 800 good reviews don't always tell the truth. Really disappointing outcome after a positive start. Refused to fix leaking pipe work to a towel rail radiator THEY installed which has caused damage to my sitting room ceiling and the boiler to consistently lose pressure, leaving me without heating. Also refused to give me any receipts or a breakdown of the materials purchased for me that I paid for and didn't bother to complete the bathroom grouting work after I paid in full. Shocking behaviour.

I needed a new fence and paving but couldn't decide on the pavers to get. Szilard came around in his own time and helped me choose pavers and suggested designs. When they started work they were always punctual and extremely hard working whle at the same time being very pleasant and incredibly helpful, trustworthy and clean, too - they vacuumed at the end of each day. Szilard is clearly a perfectionist and he and Josef wouldn't finish each day until they achieved the highest standards in their work. The fence and paving is of the highest quality and the quote was extremely competititve. Darren was great, he fixed all the mistakes I had made attempting to put together my sideboard and was efficient. The sideboard was quite tricky but Darren was able to put it together in just over 2 hours, and was knowledgable and happy to help. Would 100% use again.
