Raf came over and checked all the jobs that needed doing before providing a price for the whole lot. He gave some some good suggestions and offered cheaper solutions to a couple of jobs. Raf got the first urgent job done for us in time. Friendly guy who is able to sort a lot of different jobs.
What can I say? I was slightly sceptical and didn’t expect too much but I was very much mistaken. The service we received from these guys was A1. From entering the details onto the website I was contacted via email and text message within minutes. I was then contacted, within 15 minutes , by Ideal roofing and building to make an appointment for the very next morning. Two very friendly guys arrived as scheduled, did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. The whole experience was actually a pleasure. Friendly, prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I cover all aspects of joinery and carpentry work from kitchens to cabinet making. I enjoy creating one off projects for customers.
I found Tony to be punctual, well-informed, courteous and reliable. I really appreciated his suggestions and the time he took to explain the issues he came across as well as the solutions he devised. I have a list of other jobs that need doing in my unfurnished house and hope to enlist Tony again.
