Florin did a good job for my elderly mother in June. However, the pump that he installed stopped working 2 months ago and despite numerous calls, texts and emails, he has failed to respond. The pump is guaranteed and he has the paperwork so we are stuck. Very poor after care which has totally changed my initial view.

Alex turned up to review the work on time, was polite and knowledgable and inspired some confidence as to his competence and ability. Likewise with the work he ultimately did. I am so grateful we found Vladimir on this site! He was punctual everyday, very polite and cleaned up immaculately! Not to mention the amazing job he did on our kitchen tiles - which were not easy as the tiles were not all equal sizes! But Vladimir's talent has made my kitchen shine! We have the home we wanted so we are happy with the job. It wasn't just refurbishment, but constructive changes took place and also rooms were remodelled, ceiling constructions were redone and new floors were laid down. The new wall frames were built according to our specific request and in the end we were satisfied by the final job as well.
